Spartan Wrestlers meet on the mat every Sunday 
from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
A $10 fee per practice covers our space rental.

• Warm up with some aerobic and high intensity exercises
• Wrestling drills and training
• Open mats for matches and fun grappling

Suggested Gear: Wrestling Shoes or barefoot, wrestling singlets if you have or shorts and Tshirt. Bring Bottled Water Too!

We have decided to shift our focus to mat grappling in hopes to find others who are interested in wrestling and conditioning but may not have ambitions to compete. Our session will remain safe and controlled with some instruction but looking to have more fun and social element too. We welcome ideas from new and seasoned members alike.

• Stretch with Yoga poses and pair up and work on assisted stretching
• Open the mats for some instruction and some fun ground grappling

Madison Weight Class System will be used and weigh-ins start at: 12:00 pm.

Wrestling starts at 1:00 pm.

Tournament fee for wrestlers $20 

(with AAU or USAW card required).

Spectator entry $10.
